The Family Behind the Brand
We are a small, tight-knit Norwegian family — Silje, Dad, and our two little ones currently discovering the world in kindergarten. Xecrets is 100% family-owned, meaning every decision we make is personal.
We aren't driven by boardrooms; we are driven by the desire to create something safe and effective for our family, and yours.
Silje's Journey: From Patient to Expert
The spark for Xecrets came from a personal struggle. For years, Silje battled with rosacea and hypersensitive skin. As a nurse, she understood the biology, but she struggled to find products that were both gentle enough not to irritate her skin and active enough to make a real difference.
Determined to solve this puzzle, Silje took her nursing background a step further. She returned to her studies to become an aesthetic nurse.
Bridging the Gap
With her new expertise, Silje realised there was a massive gap in the market. You often had to choose between "clinical" products that felt sterile and harsh, or "natural" products that lacked scientific efficacy.
With the support of her husband and the inspiration of her children, she decided to build the solution herself. Xecrets is the result: professional-grade skincare with the heart of a mother and the precision of a specialist.
